We are now looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to work in function to support brand in Global FMCG company. You will play a crucial role in understanding consumer needs and behaviors within specific channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of category visions, drivers, and our overall company strategy to identify growth opportunities and drive brand success.
Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing brand dynamics, trends, and category management implications to identify sales targets and increase market share across channels.
- Understanding consumer needs and behaviors within specific channels and collaborating with Marketing, and Sales teams to execute propositions effectively.
- Aligning with category visions, drivers, and overall strategy to identify growth opportunities
- Ensuring consistent brand strategies across channels, internally and externally, for successful implementation, launch, and category development.
- Monitoring channel activities and promotions within budget constraints to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Proactively adjusting monthly brand plans, coordinating with Marketing and trade marketing teams, and managing brand profit and loss for effective budget planning and allocation.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of solid experience in trade marketing, channel and category management in FMCG market
- Good at analytical, marketing skills
- Good command of English
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
Location: Central Bangkok / Hybrid work
Budget: 100K with other benefits
