We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Modern Trade Operation Assistant Manager, focusing on the Vietnam region. In this role, you will support the Modern Trade Operation Manager in executing operational activities and driving sales growth in modern trade channels across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Support: Assist the Modern Trade Operation Manager in developing and implementing strategies for modern trade operations in the Vietnam region, supporting the overall business objectives.
  2. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of operational activities, including inventory management, sales planning, and promotions.
  3. Partner Relationship Management: Support the management of relationships with key modern trade partners in the Vietnam region, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to drive mutual success.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the modern trade operations team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of activities in the Vietnam region.
  5. Data Analysis Support: Assist in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in modern trade operations.
  6. Compliance Assistance: Support efforts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in modern trade operations in Vietnam.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • From 5 years experience in modern trade operations or related in MT Channel is preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern trade channels, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in Vietnam.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages.
