What is a Net Promoter Score (NPS)?
A customer loyalty metric used by millions of businesses across the world to assess the extent a customer would recommend a company/product/service to peers, measured with a single question, scored from 1 to 10. The NPS score, ranging from -100 to 100, is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.
