Our client is now looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to work in function to support brand in FMCG and sales in GT channel (Wholesaler management) to drive growth in customers and dive analysis to identify issue & opportunity in each channel / customer (LMT) across multi categories. Work under supervision of National Sales Manager and apply analysis of data to develop strategies in marketing site.
Location: Central Bangkok / Hybrid work
Budget: 150-170K with other benefits
Day to day
- Conduct deep dive analysis to identify issues and opportunities across multiple categories and channels
- Drive business growth in LMT customers
- Develop QBR, JBP, T2T decks, and coordinate with regional teams to create customized plans
- Generate sales projections by channel and region reflecting market activities and competitiveness
- Utilize consumer panel data (e.g., Retail Audit, Kantar) to enhance channel strategies
- Monitor and adjust sales incentives to meet business requirements
- Lead discussions with GT channel managers and Regional Managers
- Represent the GT team in SPR sessions with the category development team
Qualifications
- Business Analytical Skill, Vision Development skill, Strategic think skill, Leadership skill, People management skill, Customer and Category Management Development (CCMD),
- Project Management and Business Planning, Initiative and follow thru, Sale Management, Supervisory, Coaching and team work.
- Good planning, Time management, Commitment, Focused, Flexible, Opportunity seeker, Customer Oriented.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales from FMCG business especially in GT
- Good command of English
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
