Since our inception in 2010, we’ve grown from a standing start to a leading player in our specialist markets with over 120 professional recruiters working in six offices in six countries.
In 2017, Argyll Scott acquired REED’s APAC businesses and also joined Hydrogen Group to create an international multi-brand recruitment group capable of delivering world-class specialist recruitment services across multiple functions, industries and countries.
What we offer
Remuneration & Reward
We understand the importance of a transparent, reliable and competitive remuneration scheme. So that's exactly what we provide.
Alongside a competitive base salary, all our consultant, researcher and management commission and profit share schemes are wholly objective. This means you will always know what you have earned and when it's due. What's more, we have comprehensively benchmarked our schemes, so we know that they are some of the most competitive in the industry.
Family-friendly working environment
As an international employer who prides ourselves on the quality of our people, we’re committed to supporting and developing a family-friendly working environment where employees are able to reach their full potential. That’s why our Enhanced Parental Leave Policy offers our staff up to double the amount of the statutory entitlement.
At Argyll Scott, you’ll be entitled to up to 5 days paid paternity leave and up to 90 calendar days of paid maternity leave (dependent on your length of service). You'll also be entitled to paid time off to attend ante-natal care appointments.
Always the highlight of our year, our annual incentive trips are designed to motivate our people to perform at their very best. These trips are an important part of our culture and we’ve heard from our people how much they enjoy the opportunities to spend time with each other and strengthen working relationships.
The big trip!
Each year, we arrange one big trip – the one that everyone wants to win a spot on! In 2021, our global top performers are competing for a place on Hydrogen Group’s Powwow, a 5-star, best of the best, weeklong trip to Canada where we will celebrate success, collaborate across the business to build relationships and solve business problems. This trip is open to absolutely everyone across our business and we have created multiple categories for people to qualify into, including top billers, best customer service, best innovator, best leaders, most new business, best Operations staff, etc.
The regional trip
Billings performance is a huge part of our business and sales culture, so in addition to the big global trip, we arrange an annual regional trip for our top Sales billers. This year, our top Sales performers in EMEA will enjoy a long-weekend to the stunning island of Crete, Greece– all expenses paid of course! We’ll book all the travel and organise some exciting activities for everyone to enjoy. There’s no cap on the number of places available on this trip – so all you have to focus on is hitting the target.

What we look for
Our people matter to us. A lot. So we are pretty picky about who joins us. We are raising the bar so to work with us, you need to want to be part of a new world order where insight, agility, talent, trust and results are key. Sounds good?
Then here are some of the criteria we look for:
We don't do average. You need to be demonstrably ambitious and hard working.
Resilient team players
It can be tough but when we work together, we can achieve great success. We ride out tough times and we celebrate the good.
Attentive listeners who think 360, have the courage of their conviction to challenge the norm and influence others.
Can you build relationships on trust by consistently delivering against your promises and exceeding expectations?
There's got to be an element of fun, otherwise, what are we all doing? There's time to work and then there's time to play.
