Since our inception in 2010, we’ve grown from a standing start to a leading player in our specialist markets with over 120 professional recruiters working in six offices in six countries.
In 2017, Argyll Scott acquired REED’s APAC businesses and also joined Hydrogen Group to create an international multi-brand recruitment group capable of delivering world-class specialist recruitment services across multiple functions, industries and countries.
What we offer
Remuneration & Reward
We understand the importance of a transparent, reliable and competitive remuneration scheme. So that's exactly what we provide.
Alongside a competitive base salary, all our consultant, researcher and management commission and profit share schemes are wholly objective. This means you will always know what you have earned and when it's due. What's more, we have comprehensively benchmarked our schemes, so we know that they are some of the most competitive in the industry.
Family-friendly working environment
As an international employer who prides ourselves on the quality of our people, we’re committed to supporting and developing a family-friendly working environment where employees are able to reach their full potential. That’s why our Enhanced Parental Leave Policy offers our staff up to double the amount of the statutory entitlement.
At Argyll Scott, you’ll be entitled to up to 5 days paid paternity leave and up to 90 calendar days of paid maternity leave (dependent on your length of service). You'll also be entitled to paid time off to attend ante-natal care appointments.
Fun
When it comes to recognising outstanding performances by individuals, teams, divisions and even the whole business, we make sure that our Reward & Recognition Programme is something to shout about. From long weekends in Vegas and Croatia, to days out at the races and dining in the best restaurants in town, we celebrate everyone's success in style.
The recognition doesn't stop here. We have a whole host of other incentives such as team activities, lunch clubs and bi-monthly team socials.
Training & Development
It's all about you
Whatever your ambition, the opportunity to develop and progress within the business is there for the taking.
Whether you are a seasoned recruiter or a new graduate, we offer a career path specifically for you. You may be looking to move up the management ranks or you might want to focus on driving new business. Alternatively, you might want to work abroad and transfer to one of our international offices.
We invest heavily in providing the right training and development for our people. All our employees receive a training programme tailored to their individual needs and career aspirations. We ensure that our first- classs training programme is relevant and effective.
