We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modern Trade Operation Manager to lead the execution of all operational activities related to modern trade channels in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, optimize operational efficiency, and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for modern trade operations in Vietnam, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  2. Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of operational execution for modern trade channels in Vietnam, including inventory management, sales planning, promotions, and logistics.
  3. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to drive mutual growth and success.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of modern trade executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful execution of operational activities.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in modern trade operations in Vietnam.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all modern trade operations in Vietnam, and identify and mitigate potential risks.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in modern trade operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a focus on the Vietnam market.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade channels, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages.
