Report: Head of Trade
Subordinates: Will share upon discussion
Key Responsibilities:
1 Trade Marketing management:
- Work with marketing team to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities.
- Cooperate with Sales manager to align for trade marketing plans & activities
- Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/activities in his/her region
- Keep tracking & analyze competition and propose action plans in his/her region.
- Weekly report on trade marketing activates to marketing team.
2 Budget management:
- Control trade marketing budget to maximize benefits.
- Track, monitor, report trade marketing budget spending
3 POSM:
- Work with Marketing on design of POSM
- Align with Sales region & request Marketing team for POS production & delivery to distributor.
- Support Market Execution in term of POSM deployment
- Analyze, report progress of POSM deployment in his/her region.
4 Market Intelligent:
- Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan.
- Ad-hoc market report, analysis.
- Another tasks assigned by line manager
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Location: HCM, Vietnam. Scope -work: Nationwide
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration Economics is minimum. MBA is preferable
- Required at least 5 - 7 years' experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Commercial, FMCG experience
- Proficient English & Computer skill
