The Client
My client is an International Agrochemical Producer, Supplier & Distributor with its HQ in the USA. Thailand is their distribution hub for APAC specialising in providing Farmers with solutions to increase livestock growth and yield greater harvests.
The Role
The Marketing Manager will manage a team of Product Managers, Create Campaigns and Manage Campaigns. Visiting rural farming communities to increase Product exposure to their key markets. Collect market insights and data to strategically position Marketing spend in the correct target markets.
- Leads the marketing team in the development marketing strategies.
- Develops the brand strategy and manages the delivery of brand strategy in all market channels
- Manage marketing systems and processes to support marketing and commercial operations
- Gathers market intelligence process to enhance positioning in the market
- Product Portfolio management to seek opportunities for future marketing initiatives.
- Lead the team to explore new and innovative commercial marketing strategies to increase product exposure and generate positive growth.
The Person
**Thai National Only** with a strong background in Marketing Agriculture, Agrochemical, Farming, Horticulture Products ****
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Commercial or Similar
- MBA Preferred
- 5 + Years' experience within the Agriculture or Agrochemical Farming or Horticulture consumer industries
- 2+ Years' experience marketing management experience within the Agriculture or Agrochemical or Farming /or Horticulture
