Our client is one of the international beauty and skincare retailers. They are actively looking for CRM Manager to support the business.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily consumer relations procedures, including refining protocols, CRM segmentation, onsite personalization, and product recommendation initiatives.
- Examination of customer data to inform business development strategies and campaign planning.
- Implementation of CRM activities strategically aimed at enhancing key performance indicators, maximizing return on investment, and driving overall business impact.
- Proactive engagement with consumers to gather feedback, ensuring the effectiveness and high standards of the business's consumer relations programs.
- Development of continuous and consistent CRM strategies on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, facilitating ongoing testing, learning, and optimization to maximize consumer lifetime value.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM, Data analytics, or Data management.
- Excellent communication in spoken and written in Thai and English
- Experiences in CRM, data analytics or data management, business administration, Marketing or related fields.
