Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and define marketing strategies and budget plan to support sales target achievement based on the company's guidelines
- Implement/Conduct marketing activities according to the plans and dynamic market with the measurement of ROI
- Provide market situation analysis, market intelligence and market research or survey to support key strategies
- Enhance product knowledge to customers and sales team by educational program, training and presentation basis
- Strengthen and expand relationship with key customers
- Manage and plan for inventory in monthly basis to ensure sufficient inventory
- Co-ordinate working with regulatory affairs and tender team
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Qualification:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with at least 5 years in Product Management as Product Manager
- Knowledge in pharmaceutical, especially in Diabetes field would be advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skill
- Strategies, analytical thinking and planning skill
- Active and self-learning/motivation with positive attitude, collaboratively as a good team leader
- Computer literacy and good command in English
