They are delivering the results to their prestige patients and focusing on people health. Currenly seeking for National Sales Manager - Drugstore to play a significant part in their organisation.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Leading the Sales Team by developing and implementing sales plan along with forecasting
  • Ensuring sales team target, company's profit are achieved and exceeded
  • Monitoring and evaluating weekly, monthly reports, visiting plan of AMs/ SRs using SFE tools
  • Initiating, driving sales strategy plan as well as stablishing and organizing monthly sales team meetingall related activities including Marketing, Training
  • Maintaining and leveraging relationship with KOLs in Chain stores, Retailers and Drug Stores
  • Collaborating with cross functional to ensure all expectations are delivered
  • Covering strictly with company's policies and ensuring that all messages are deligated smoothly towards business ethics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science or related field. MBA will be advantage.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of working experience. 3-5 years of management postion within pharmaceutical business or related field
  • Strong communication in both Thai and English and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skill with strong knowledge and expereince in pharmaceutical in OTC
  • Strong environment and able to drive performance under pressure
