Key requirements
- Experienced general manager (GM), country head, chief operating officer (COO), or managing director (MD)
- In-depth understanding of the retail consumer landscape of Singapore
- Strong track record in leading and delivering excellence in financial acumen, business development, strategic/forward-thinking, and beyond.
- Experienced with digital transformation for classical retail, redefining ways of work, business operations, and shoppers experience
- Strategic, commercial, innovative
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
