Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled in marketing and branding for a global beauty retail company. They are actively looking for Head of Marketing to support the business.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to enhance the market presence and consumer perception of our beauty products in retail outlets.

· Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.

· Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and product development.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

· Collaborate with retail partners to optimize in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

· Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

· Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives, optimizing resources for maximum impact and ROI.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in brand management strategies.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Desired Skills & Experience

· At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, client management in Beauty Retail or similar industry.

· Bachelor's Degree/ master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

· Experience in counter sales management.

· Strong planning, time management skills and ability to multitask.

· Strong people management, good leadership skills, self-motivated.

· Good analytical skill and understand the digital marketing and trends

  • Good interpersonal. proactive, flexible, organized, hardworking with strong project management skills
  • Fluent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai
