Managing a P&L of over 70M USD; you will lead a large sales and marketing team in Thailand.
The business produces consumer products which are then sold for use in commercial, educational, health , hospitality and some industrial settings. You will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets and report to the General Manager, ASEAN.
Your background
- Demonstrated track record leading complex organizations and managing a business with full P&L ownership
- Sales experience in the Thai market (experience in B2B strongly preferred) with strong track record of managing distributors.
- Strong commercial focus with track record of growing top and bottom line
- Degree (MBA preferred)
- Strong relationship building skills (both internal and external) influencing peers and other functions with credibility and strong business leadership
- Thai and English fluency required
