An international agribusiness company is now looking for a Director of New Product Innovation and Marketing / Director of Portfolio to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will identify innovation opportunities in new business models and product formats, and drive trials and implementation in achieving the next stage of growth of the brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Market Research department on the research and trials of new product formats
- Lead new packaging development initiatives and market trials to achieving the sustainability target
- Define SOPs in aligning co-branding of new product initiatives and go-to-market guidelines for each country
- Partner with external business partners to develop new product prototypes and long-term partnerships
Key requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- 10+ years in brand marketing for consumer food products
- Track record success in generating insights to driving innovation and implementation in food categories
- Strong commercial acumen and effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Dynamic personality and comfortable at sole contributor role
