Our client is one of the world 's leading luxury retails industry. They are now looking for a Fine Jewelry & Watch Specialist to be a part of their growing team in Bangkok. You will be located in luxury boutiques to promote watches and jewelry, grooming the Timepiece and Fine Jewelry community, and giving feedback & analysis to product team and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being a brand ambassador in representing professional and luxury presentation of personal grooming and politeness following by brand's standard at all times.
- Generate sales achievement & contribute to Boutique Performance by thinking long term, teamwork and Brand.
- Ensure Top-level standards in all aspect of the after sales service. Flexibility in understanding customer needs, Positive thinking, accuracy in collecting data and timely follow up
- Able to coach new commers, Advisor team, support, and sharing information with team.
- Proactively share with team leader for client feedback on products, service standards, client behaviour, expectations, client needs, client experience, trends etc.
- Support effectively Boutique of its daily operations.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of retail or in watches and jewelry experience.
- Experience in working in luxury retails or fashion industry is a plus
- Team player with high energy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to speak English and fluent in Thai
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
