Role Overview:
As Plant Hygiene Manager, you'll lead hygiene initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, minimizing contamination risks, and fostering a culture of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & enforce hygiene policies.
- Manage hygiene programs for compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments & implement mitigation strategies.
- Deliver hygiene training & awareness programs.
- Coordinate hygiene audits & inspections.
- Analyze hygiene data & prepare reports.
- Lead incident response & corrective actions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 7+ years' experience in plant hygiene management.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record in policy development and program implementation.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
