Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies for factory equipment and infrastructure.
Plan and oversee renovation projects to upgrade factory facilities.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption to operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
Manage budgets and resources effectively for cost-efficient projects.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
Implement and monitor KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
8-10 years of engineering management experience in factory maintenance and renovation.
Proven track record of leading successful projects in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, proficient in English.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
