Key Responsibilities
- Leading the front-end team and training the new hires for the front-end
- Collaborate with team members (product managers, developers, designers) to brainstorm about
- new features and functionalities
- Develop features to enhance the UX
- Improve the system to enable better performance and scalability, improve code for easier maintenance and improve team productivity
- Delivering roadmap and developing the front-end pages accordingly
- Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the customer
Key Qualifications
- A proven track record in front-end software development; excellent GUI design, and coding skills in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Vue.js and HTML/CSS
- Good familiarity with cloud technology (AWS)
- Experience in working in an Agile Development environment
- Experience in working with Designers
- Experience with REST API integration, Swagger and OAuth flows
- A proactive approach to problem solving and enthusiasm to pick up new skills to get the job done
- The ability to lead and influence colleagues on technical issues
