The Client:
Our client is a global luxury retail giant, operating in 50+ countries with 30,000+ employees. Currently looking for a Project Manager with Process Engineering experience to redefine the processes of business planning and workforce management within the Human Resources (HR) department. This is an urgent hiring opportunity, with the goal of on boarding the selected candidate by mid-late April.
Role & Requirements:
- Dual role of project management and process engineering
- Strong project management skills required (6-8 years of experience)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation and structuring skills
- Quick turnaround in creating project plans
- Familiarity with Project Charters and understanding of key stakeholders
- Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Process engineering skills required (4-6 years of experience)
- Facilitation of workshops to simplify process flows
- Proficiency in addressing pain points and presenting solutions
- Comfortable with process mapping
Additional Considerations:
- HR experience not necessary, but familiarity with budgeting headcount processes is beneficial.
- Retail operation exposure / background is a plus, but not mandatory.
Language and Skills:
- English proficiency is a must
- Chinese language skills are a plus but not a must
