SAP ERP / CRM Functional Business Analyst
Our client, who comes from a well-established international organization is looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To provide advice regarding about business processes to stakeholders
- To obtain user stories and collect requirements and translate into technical specifications
- To build and enhance relationships with stakeholders
- To act as a PM for projects, which includes heading activities related to change management.
- To manage the development of solution roadmap and to review with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree with at least 2-3 years of working experience as a Functional Business Analyst supporting CRM / ERP Environments
- Candidates who have experience in SAP Customer Experience Suite or cloud-based ERP / CRM sales or marketing solutions would be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and has a good understanding in SDLC Methodologies
