Job Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system adhering to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Enhance Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical
- Control Points (HACCP) to ensure product safety and quality.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
Audit Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Collaborate with teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
System Management:
- Lead the establishment, execution, and upkeep of the quality management system, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Strengthen testing processes and calibration procedures to maintain product standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust the quality management system accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies for timely submissions and responses.
Continuous Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing processes.
Customer Complaint Handling:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procedure to address customer/consumer complaints promptly.
- Analyze feedback to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).
- Proven track record in quality management, compliance, and regulatory affairs within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in planning and conducting internal audits.
- Familiarity with testing processes, calibration, and engagement with regulatory bodies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering a culture of quality and compliance across teams.
