Job Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system adhering to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Enhance Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical
  • Control Points (HACCP) to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

Audit Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Collaborate with teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

System Management:

  • Lead the establishment, execution, and upkeep of the quality management system, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Strengthen testing processes and calibration procedures to maintain product standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust the quality management system accordingly.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies for timely submissions and responses.

Continuous Enhancement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing processes.

Customer Complaint Handling:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procedure to address customer/consumer complaints promptly.
  • Analyze feedback to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).
  • Proven track record in quality management, compliance, and regulatory affairs within manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in planning and conducting internal audits.
  • Familiarity with testing processes, calibration, and engagement with regulatory bodies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fostering a culture of quality and compliance across teams.
