Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 10 years of background in food manufacturing. Proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of HACCP, clean room practices, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and 5-Why analysis. The position is based in Bangplee or Amata City.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production operations within the food manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet output targets while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement goals.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, identifying and addressing any issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations, implementing and maintaining appropriate hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline production processes and drive cost savings initiatives.
- Implement TPM practices to optimize equipment reliability and reduce maintenance downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis using 5-Why methodology to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve production-related challenges and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, clean room practices, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, TPM, and 5-Why analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Location preference: Bangplee or Amata City.
