Inbound/Outbound Operation Team Lead

Salary: Up to THB 70,000
As the Inbound/Outbound Operation Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inbound/outbound operations of our retail business, specifically focusing on Goods receiving, Goods return, Order Administration, Pick-Pack, and Transport. You will lead a team focused on efficiently handling the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Your role involves supervising team members, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in outbound operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project improvement in DC related to inbound and outbound process.
- Lead and supervise a team of outbound/inbound operation associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their effectiveness and productivity.
- Continuously review and enhance inbound/outbound processes related to Goods receiving, Goods return, Order Administration, Pick-Pack, and Transport to maximize efficiency, reduce errors, and meet/exceed performance metrics.
- Oversee the efficient handling of customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and verification before fulfillment.
- Supervise the picking and packing process, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and preparation for shipment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of outgoing products to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in operations, specifically in Order Administration, Pick-Pack, and Transport, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment, with a track record of leadership and team management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
