Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Head of CRM for Royalty Program. This role is oversee the plan, development, and implementation of loyalty strategies.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage the design and execution of existing loyalty program whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow
  • Deep dive into the customer database to glean insights that can be applied to drive the business. Develop customer strategies in order to improve customer data capture and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations
  • Manage strategic customer projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget
  • Plan and execute different customer journeys in regards to the strategic target for each of the segments defined
  • Manage allocated budget
  • Align and work closely with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, DPM, Function Leaders, Business sponsors) to ensure a customer centric and aligned design direction

Key Qualifications;

  • 10-15 years in CRM or loyalty program
  • 5+ years in retail industry and 5+ years in executive / strategy role
  • Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program
  • Proven experience in in driving and exceeding revenue benefits in direct relation to business cases
  • Developments at the intersection of data-powered marketing, technology and business relevant to the company
  • Knowledge of the ideation & design of campaigns across the analytics use cases and manages the KPIs for end to end delivery
  • Expert in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy in line with business needs
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Strategic view to identify new growth opportunities
  • Strong numerical and analytical problem solving skills
  • Executive communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize issue
  • High level of data literacy and understanding of the customer
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
