They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore to drive the growth of their Asian business. They require a commercially driven indidviual who is passionate about digitization and can work in a fast-growth business:
Key responsibilities include:
- The main hunter of their business, the incumbent will identify new business opportunities and acquire a retailer client base in SEA, mainly prioritising Singapore and Malaysia
- Sell their technology products to Asian based retail brands (inbound and outbound)
- Generate and grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by adding new and growing revenues from existing clientele
- Be an evangelist for their products and create strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in retail technology and/ or a SaaS background ideally with a SaaS company
- A strong sales track record, experience selling to retail is a plus
- Genuine interest and experience in using, discussing and selling technology
- Analytical capability to continuously refine and look for specific prospect and lead characteristics that will lead to new and lasting client relationships
- Proven track record in sales and hitting targets consistently
