Warehouse Director
Salary: 180 - 250 KB per Month
Successful Candidate needs to have experience in:
- Deploy strategy from regional footprint

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for all of warehouse activities. Also, you will be required to:
- Set up local strategy and discuss with regional head in order to align same direction
- Responsible for P&L of several warehouses across Thailand
- Ensure that operations of new or expanded warehouse is effective and going well
- Lead warehouse operations/activities for both inbound and outbound
- Identify where to improve operations/activities/process to be more efficiency and cost-saving
- Ensure safety workplace in company's warehouses
- Develop, coach and train of warehouse staffs to improve performance and build up their capacity
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role is required to have strong exposure on warehousing activity. And, you need to have a bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Also, it is highly desirable that you have:
- At least 10 years' experiences in warehosue role
- Strong people management experience
- Experience in controlling Room temperature is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
