My client, a well-established investment bank in the region with offices worldwide is looking for a VP -Director, Regulatory Compliance to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Head of Compliance and lead the regulatory compliance team
- Maintain and update on compliance policy, regulatory changes, compliance monitoring and issues new policies and procedures in light of regulatory or business
- Provide regulatory advice and perform compliance training for team members by considering relevant businesses
- Participate in industry consultations on changes in rules and regulations
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulator's requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Finance, Legal, Accounting or related disciplines
- 7 years + of HK regulatory compliance experience from financial services preferably from the investment bank or regulatory authority
- Fluent language skills in Chinese and English
