Argyll Scott is working with one of the leading international insurance company in searching for an "Underwriter", a position in which you will be responsible for leading a huge team of underwriters. Managing and setting the underwriting to achieving the target revenue.
Job description
- Determine business direction in underwriting to reach monthly target
- Agilely manage and lead the effective control risk assessment performance
- Advise and consult of risk agreement from the reinsurer
- Supervise medical and non-medical underwriter team to maintain good pipeline with risk selection
- Determine special request upon approval or medical examination from partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Health Science, Medicine, or other related fields
- Good in English and Thai
- Experienced in life or health insurance underwriting
- Knowledge in medical, financial underwriting & regulations
- Solid negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good leadership with ability to motivate and manage team
