There is now an opening opportunity for a HR professional role as a "TA Specialist" who has ability to manage end-to-end recruitment process, enhance on recruitment strategy, and process in the organization. They are looking for a qualified candidate who is dynamic, innovative, and modern with commercial mindset and strong in people-oriented as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders to drive and guide them along the recruitment journey
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, track on process and update stakeholders on timely manner
- Manage employer branding by working with universities to recruit both local and international students
- Work in partnership with employment agencies, proactively sourcing and building talent pipeline
- Responsible for compiling recruitment reports to capture recruitment activity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in TA role, preferably from retail industry
- Mass recruitment experience with success track record is a plus
- Fluent in Thai and English, both oral and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic mindset
- Able to handle matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
