Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with line managers to identify workforce requirements and develop feasible and effective recruitment strategies.
- Review and streamline the recruitment process for various positions to improve productivity and work efficiency.
- Create effective recruitment channels and manage external vendors for quality services.
- Coach team members to maintain a professional standard of recruitment services for both internal and external parties.
- Assist in the creation of ad hoc recruitment projects
Requirements
- A university degree in human resource management, business administration, psychology, English studies/literature, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in human resources management with a strong focus on recruitment in a large corporation, preferably with exposure to financial institutions.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities with high resilience to remain calm even in stressful situations.
