Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards (such as Tableau), and other BI solutions.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs and identify new process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python.
- Proficient in queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
- Familiarity with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in finding insights using clustering algorithms and converting data into actionable insights for business decisions.
- Interest in the healthcare industry.
