Senior Warehouse/DC Manager
Salary: 120 - 150 KB per Month
Location: Ayutthaya
Successful Candidate needs to have experience in:
- Cold storage for fresh food or beverage
- Warehouse operations for multiple locations
- Manage warehouse staffs at least 300 people

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for all of distribution centre (DC) activities. Also, you will be required to:
- Ensure that operations of new or expanded distribution centre (DC) is effective and going well
- Lead distribution centre (DC) operations/activities for both inbound and outbound
- Set KPIs, targets, and goals for monitoring and evaluating operations and cost effectiveness (P&L)
- Identify where to improve operations/activities/process to be more efficiency and cost-saving
- Ensure safety workplace in company's distribution centre (DC)
- Develop, coach and train of warehouse staffs to improve performance and build up their capacity
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role is required to have strong exposure on warehousing of Fresh Food or Cool storage. And, you need to have a bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Also, it is highly desirable that you have:
- At least 7 years' experiences in warehouse/DC role
- Strong people management experience
- Financial and budgeting skills, experienced in P&L Management
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
