Argyll Scott is working with a global food product client to find their SAP BW and/or SAP BO consultant to join their team.If you have significant experience in consulting and dealing with clients, this is the right job for you!
What you will do:
- Manage BI projects and project teams (both internal and external)
- Maintain, develop and improve BI and reporting solutions in the global platform.
- Work with various business functions/users on requirement gathering, testing and deployment of solutions, as well as provide user support and training.
- Support and drive adoption of BI and related toolsets across the group
- Design solutions based on business requirements and company direction
- Perform system design, development, customization and maintenance of SAP BW and/or BO and/or Power BI related objects
- Perform data extraction, transformation and loading from SAP and non-SAP source systems into SAP BW and/or further to Power
- Set up a monitoring process and ensure successful data loading from sources to SAP BW and/or Power BI.
- Perform documentation and ensure all documents are complete for all developments, change requests and projects
Who you are:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data warehousing esp. SAP BW and/or SAP BO, as well as significant experience in consulting and dealing with clients
- Experience in BW/4HANA with S/4HANA as a source is a must
- Strong working knowledge of SAP master data and transactional data
- Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is a big plus
- Experience/knowledge in other front-end tools and other ETL tools is a plus
- Experience in project management and Vendor Management
- Very good command in English in both written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
