Responsibilties
- They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to join their Customer and Digital team supporting the company's core commercial business units.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this individual will be the go to member for all things SFMC. They will be responsible for customer segmentation , setting up of CRM loyalty programs , marketing automations and more.
- This role require someone with strong knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and is able to be an innovative member of the team as they can spearhead different campaigns and manage their own operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years hands on experience working with day-to-day CRM operations in Salesforce marketing cloud
- Prefer to possess the Salesforce certificates (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certificated Administrator)
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise based on value to the business
- Bring a 'can do' attitude and be excited about the opportunity to work in an Agile environment that provides exposure to wide range of tasks and individuals across the business.
