Our client is one of the international beauty and skincare retailers. They are actively looking for Senior Product Manager to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy and meets customer needs and preferences.
· Identify and prioritize new product opportunities and develop business cases for each opportunity.
· Lead cross-functional teams (including R&D, packaging, creative, and operations) to bring products to market on time and within budget.
· Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to post-launch, including forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
· Develop and manage budgets and timelines for product development projects.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
· Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive decision-making.
· Conduct product knowledge training for in-store staff.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in product management and beauty or skincare.
· Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.
· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new products from ideation to launch.
· Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
· Good command in writing and spoken in English and Thai.
