Argyll Scott is partnering with Asia's fastest growing digital asset platform to search for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Purpose of the Role
●Execute and optimize all social media advertising platform (Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, Apple search ads, Tiktok ads, Line ads and other digital media) to improve
conversion rates and acquisition cost
● Identify trends, conduct detailed response analysis and formulate targeted marketing
strategies
● Analyse trends and insights using Google Analytics, Appsflyer and other analytic
platforms.


Job Responsibilities:
● Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management.
● Develops reports on the performance of programs and campaigns as well as propositions for strategies and approaches.
● Establish and maintain industry and brand social media benchmarks.
● Ensure that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers.
● Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.
● Analyze web metrics, generate campaign effectiveness reports and recommend optimal action plans to improve media performance.
● Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad costs.
● Present to senior marketing management.

Key Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in advertising, communication, digital media or related field.
● Minimum 3 years experienced on Ad Optimization and Media Buying.
● Experiences in Google Marketing Tools including Google Analytics, GTM and Facebook Ads Manager, Line Ads, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok ads manager and Linkedin etc.
Experienced in creative strategy planning and testing for paid social channels.
● Strong communication, stakeholder management skill, strong strategy planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies.
● Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives.
● Good command of English.
