We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Analytics to lead our clients insurance distribution analytics team. As the BI (Business Intelligence) expert and dashboard owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic insights and decision-making processes within this organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics Leadership: Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to drive business insights and optimize distribution channels.
- Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Reporting & Dashboard Ownership: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance metrics and track business KPIs.
- BI Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence tools and techniques, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on data visualization best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in insurance distribution analytics, with a focus on driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have experience working within insurance distibution
