Our client is a New York Listed Consumer focussed organisation is looking for a dynamic and experience FP&A professional to join its APAC HQ in Singapore.
Reporting to the APAC Finance Director - FP&A you will lead the consolidated Asia FP&A. You will coordinate the Asia FP&A team and provide reporting to Asia commercial leadership and to Corporate Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Asia consolidated financial planning and budgeting
- Lead the forecast process for the region
- Lead Asia consolidated weekly performance, action tracking and reporting to drive delivery of financial targets
- Proactively monitor P&L drivers
- Analyse and monitor expenditure for capital expenditure projects
- Produce presentations for management discussions
- Drive process and reporting improvements across Asia FP&A
- Provide relevant business oriented financial support
- Lead the regional finance partnering with Marketing
- Ensure that proper internal controls a
- Work closely with the Finance Business Partners on a variety of strategic projects
Key requirements
- MBA/CPA/CA/CIMA/ACCA Qualification
- Extension APAC experience within FP&A
- Prior industry experience within either Consumer or Ecommerce
- Clear track record of business-partnering with non finance teams
- Prior experience, leading, developing and managing high performing teams
