Our client is a multi national leading Insurance firm, looking for a high-achieving, thorough, and experienced professional to oversee and enhance the company's claims processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims, process improvement, and collaborative leadership. This role involves managing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and delivering exceptional services to our customers. The Claims Process Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline claims operations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the end to end claims process.

You have:

  • Degree holder in Business, Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, Life/health insurance experience or consulting experience.
  • Proven track record in claims process design and analysis, with extensive experience in journey mapping, process design, and performance metrics optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze operations efficiencies and effectiveness metrics
  • Good understanding on regulatory related to claims management
  • Strong knowledge in Life & Health insurance
  • Familiarity with process mining tools (Celonis, Power Automate, etc.) and techniques (Good to have)
  • Experience in implementing process improvements in a global and local context
  • Expertise in at least one business process modelling tool, such as Visio, Camunda, Signavio, or Lucidchart, is necessary
