Senior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce - (Fashion Retail)

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Conduct testing with internal/external partners to validate performance and communicate new content/feature requirements back to SEA
  • Ensure alignment with paid media/social campaign placements are being optimized with target user/segment, content, and season/marketplace to grow the brand according to global direction
  • Balance paid vs. organic social media towards right mix of investment and ROAS
  • Work with e-Commerce operator to ensure alignment across the customer journey in delivering campaigns and pushing users through to conversion
  • Strong sense of SEO core competencies and ability to interface with SEA and obtain content direction/materials to increase discoverability and indexing in local markets
  • Hands on data driven day-to-day use of BI dashboard tools, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Bazaarvoice, YouTube, Facebook Business manager overseeing growth, performance, and consumer insights that can influence new initiatives and ensure high return on investment
  • Assist with the development of digital content for social or online channels
  • Translation of content from English to Thai
  • Serve as a backup for digital marketing tasks for the region (South East Asia)
  • Manage Thailand social content and timelines for Thailand's Facebook, Instagram and LINE based on regional direction to increase digital footprint and fan base

E-Commerce

  • Focus on Thai language touch points and Social Commerce
  • Co-ordinate with vendor on daily operations of the brand site, including customer queries and refunds where needed
  • Direct external e-Commerce operator on email marketing campaigns to drive online sales
  • Manage external e-Commerce operator to drive online sales and performance together with Regional Omni-Channel manager
  • Reporting on e-Commerce metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Actively maintain site by performing spot checks and liaise with Merchandising Manager on product preparation (launches/deactivation, product descriptions)
  • Manage packaging supplies as required with warehouse and omni-channel stores

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Thai nationality, age 30 - 38 years old.
  • 4-8 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in retail environment
  • Digital marketing and e-commerce experience is essential and understanding of fashion/retail and sensitive to trends in the market
  • Ability to work well at all levels of the organization (Regional head office & Local & Agency teams)
  • Ability to engage, motivate and convey key brand messages with external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication in both English and Thai.
  • Direct external e-Commerce operator on email marketing campaigns to drive online sales
