Look no further - our team is seeking a seasoned professional to take charge as our Senior Cybersecurity Manager.

Role Overview: As a Senior Cybersecurity Manager, you'll be at the forefront of fortifying our organization's digital defenses. From defining and monitoring cybersecurity practices to spearheading stakeholder communication and team management, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems remain secure and resilient. This position offers the unique opportunity to build and shape our cybersecurity department from the ground up, making strategic decisions and implementing best practices every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define & Monitor Cybersecurity Practices: Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard our digital assets and mitigate potential risks.
  2. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies, effectively communicating cybersecurity strategies, updates, and requirements.
  3. Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additionally, oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  4. Build Department from Ground Up: Take ownership of establishing and scaling our cybersecurity department, including hiring and training personnel, implementing technologies, and defining strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a proven track record of success in defining and implementing cybersecurity practices.
  • ISO 27001 or CISSP certification is required, showcasing your expertise in international cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in team management, vendor relationships, and project management within a cybersecurity context.
