Our client is an investment holding under a massive Chinese corporation with businesses across the globe. They are looking for an Accountant/ Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. You will be reporting to the Deputy head and responsible for:
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure all activities related to the finance/accounting function comply with relevant regulations, internal policies and head office policies
- Perform monthly and annual financial budgeting, cash flow forecasting, analysing the causes of variation and making recommendations
- Prepare financial analysis and analytical reports to support management's decision in strategic planning and departmental operation
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and financial results to the business
Liaise with regional subsidiaries and external auditor - Draft and implement internal financial and accounting policy
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 - 6 years' background in accounting/treasury area
- Candidate with experience working in Chinese firm is preferred
- Experience in the financial industry and managerial experience is preferred
- Qualified accountant is required
- Good Mandarin (both speaking and writing) and English
