Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Implementing solutions to enhance our customer service processes through Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud to drive seamless online shopping experiences for our customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Apex development for customizing Salesforce applications.
- Familiarity with Core Cloud concepts.
- Programming skills in Java or Python.
