Job Summary:

As the Rewards, Benefits, and Global Mobility Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the People Services team, ensuring the strategic development, implementation, and management of the organization's rewards, benefits, and global mobility programs. Reporting directly to the Head of People Services, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Rewards Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and reward strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the FMCG industry.
    • Manage the annual salary review process and bonus programs.
  1. Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with the company's overall compensation philosophy.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings to meet the changing needs of employees.
    • Collaborate with external providers to optimize benefits packages.
  1. Global Mobility:
  • Lead and coordinate international assignments, ensuring seamless relocation processes for employees.
    • Provide expertise on global mobility policies, compliance, and taxation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address immigration and work authorization requirements.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations related to rewards, benefits, and global mobility.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on key metrics related to compensation, benefits, and mobility.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to align rewards and benefits strategies with business goals.
    • Work closely with finance to manage budgetary requirements for compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation, benefits, and mobility trends and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to rewards and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
