They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and drive revenue management strategies for sustained top-line growth and margin expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Revenue Management Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing net revenue management strategies, leading pack pricing initiatives, managing rebates and commissions, and formulating a mix strategy to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trade marketing and revenue management in the FMCG industry, along with the ability to build and enhance Revenue Management capabilities within the organization.

Net Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement effective net revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Pack Pricing Leadership:

  • Lead the pack pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, product positioning, and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pricing initiatives that maximize revenue and market share.

Rebates and Commissions Management:

  • Design and manage rebate and commission structures to incentivize channel partners and drive desired business outcomes.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of rebate programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Mix Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a mix strategy to optimize product portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Revenue Target Achievement:

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring sustained top-line growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Margin Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities for margin expansion through strategic pricing and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement margin enhancement strategies.

Capability Building:

  • Build and enhance Revenue Management capabilities within the organization through training and development programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management / Commercial, Finance and/or Consulting in the FMCG space with 5+ years direct experience in Revenue Management would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
  • Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex data with ease, including strong analytical and excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
