Regional Technology Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Employee Engagement: Foster effective communication and employee engagement related to digital technology initiatives. Demonstrate strong soft skills and creative thinking to promote the value of research and development efforts. Explore branding opportunities and utilize social media platforms to attract and retain top digital talent
  • Training Development Support: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials that cover a wide range of topics, from introductory to advanced levels across different functions in the business.
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Vendors: Work closely with third-party vendors to co-create and deliver training programs and educational initiatives. Leverage external expertise to provide an outside-in view and enhance the organization's digital capabilities
  • Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital technology enablement initiatives. Provide regular reports on progress and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical training, particularly in data management and analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal communications or product marketing in IT services or SASS companies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
