Salary: 200 - 300 KB per Month
The successful candidate needs to have experience in;
- Experience in Sourcing seafood in APAC
- Great experience in strategic procurement
- Strong stakeholder management both internal and external party
Our Client:
Our partner is a very global food company. They operate more than 80 years producing variety range of food products all over the world. Currently, they are looking for a very experienced sourcing people to plan and implement procurement strategy in South East Asia
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for setting up procurement strategy and deploy in the region to ensure supply and optimal cost-to-serve. In this role, you will:
- Perform sourcing activities to ensure there is no shortage of supply for seafood category
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best price with the quality product and set up preferred vendor list for company
- Identify where to improve for procurement process and which metric in procurement should be targeted
- Manage relationship and work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical team
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing activities for seafood products. You will have a Bachelor degree level or higher, and it is highly desirable that you will have experience:
- In category management, negotiation, and contract management
- In being solo contributor
Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
