Argyll Scott is now working with one of the leading FMCG companies in our field area. We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join and lead the team. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to traditional trade customers for each region (Northern, Eastern North, Southern ); area managers; and teams
- Manage sales and budget to meet the target. Sales system development and the subordinate team to have the knowledge.
- Determine long and short-term sales goals
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
- Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
Qualifications:
- 5Y+ of sales experience with management experience
- FMCG or F&B background is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math
- Strong communications skills / Sharp / Active
- Able to work on-site with a driver's license
