A luxury maison is looking for an experienced Private Clients Events Manager to join its regional office in Singapore.
The role is central to defining and driving luxury and a-cut-above-the-rest client experiences and events (instore and offsite).
As a regional position, the right-fit candidate is experienced is working between global HQ and local in-country teams - adapting, influencing, and winning together.
Key responsibilities:
- Working between global and local in-country teams, to adapt global framework into regional guidance for local execution of instore and offsite experiences/events
- Develop in-store events calendar and budget with each in-country team, enabling the House Codes to come to live, whilst respecting local nuances
- Project manage and personalise ultra-niche/private/UHNW clients programmes, including itinerary planning, experiences and hospitality
- Develop the client gifting strategies and programmes
- Partner with different internal and external teams to define and drive partnership opportunities and new clients acquisitions
Key requirements:
- Strong understanding and experienced in luxury retail
- Has strong affinity and appreciation of luxury
- Proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial
- Excellent communications skills with luxury finesse
- Excellent influencing and project management skills
Remuneration:
- Between S$110,000 and S$150,000 annual base, and variable performance bonus
